Patent attorney Wolfram Gerber has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property rights. His practice ranges from drafting patent applications and advising during granting procedures (patents, trademarks and designs) to managing and assisting in opposition, revocation and infringement proceedings. Mr. Gerber is also specialized in helping clients create trademarks and in protecting trademarks and company logos worldwide.

Mr. Gerber represents domestic and international clients from a wide range of businesses, including the automobile industry, power and energy providers and manufacturers of medical and orthopedic equipment.

Professional experience

Mr. Gerber studied electrical engineering at the renowned RWTH Aachen. Prior to his patent attorney training, Mr. Gerber worked as an electrical engineer at Duke Power in the United States.

Mr. Gerber is a founding member and partner of LENZING GERBER STUTE and works in the Düsseldorf office.
