Patent attorney Ivo Stute offers his clients comprehensive advice and representation in all areas of intellectual property rights, in particular IP applications (patents, trademarks and designs), grant and registration procedures, and opposition, revocation and infringement proceedings. His practice focuses on representing clients in opposition and opposition appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, as well as negotiating license agreements and R&D agreements.

Mr. Stute advises German and international companies, especially in the areas of materials technology, production technology, energy technology and medical technology. Mr. Stute is also a delegate to the German Association of Patent Attorneys.
